1. Digital Products and Services

a. Cancellation and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with a digital product or service purchased on Haspatal.com, we offer a 1 day refund period from the date of purchase. 

To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Requests for cancellation must be made within 1 day of purchase.

  • You have not accessed or used the digital product or service significantly.

Please note, certain digital content and services may be exempt from this refund policy, including:

  • Content that has been significantly consumed or accessed, like Doctor’s Consultations, Counseling and similar 3rd party services.

  • Services completed to the customer’s satisfaction.

b. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our customer support team at care@haspatal.com with your order details and reason for the request. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1 business day.

2. Appointments and Consultations

a. Cancellation

Appointments and consultations can be canceled up to 3 hours before the scheduled time. To cancel an appointment, please use our Mobile Application 

b. Refunds for Cancellations

If you cancel an appointment within the permitted time frame, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the allowed time may not be eligible for a refund.

c. Missed Appointments

Missed appointments without prior notice are generally not refundable. We understand emergencies happen, so if you were unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact our customer service team to discuss your options. We do not assure you full refund for 3rd party services.

3. Physical Products

When you buy physical products from Haspatal.com, i.e. the payment collected and Invoiced by Haspatal.com, you will be entitled for a 7 days 100% Refund , except for the products where it is specifically mentioned about exclusion from this policy.

a. Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any physical product purchased from our site for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

b. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 2 business days of the return or cancellation request being approved.

5. Changes to This Policy
