Job Description
1. Submit monthly expense reports for department purchases and staff expenses
2. Copying / Faxing / Scanning / Filing of miscellaneous items
3. Process purchase orders and capital project approval requests
4. Follow through on requests and issues in a timely manner
5. Work with accounts payable and vendors to ensure timely payment and resolve discrepancies
