Job Description: The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographical area in the pharmaceutical industry. Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.
Promotional Activities: Plan and oversee promotional events, medical conferences, and product demonstrations.

Education Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred: MBA or postgraduate degree in Sales & Marketing.
Experience: Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets; prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is advantageous.
