Job Description

1. Keep track of monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
2. Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
3. Monitor and report on revenue and cash flow
4. Uphold and enforce company policies

6. Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed
7. Check in with employees regularly to determine satisfaction
8. Schedule shifts
9. Help management create the department’s budget
10. Address customer issues and complaints
11. Schedule regular maintenance and cleaning of facilities
