Job Description: As the Senior Pharmacist at our Retail Pharmacy, you will oversee pharmaceutical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide expert pharmaceutical care to our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Pharmacy Operations: Manage daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, compounding prescriptions, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Patient Care: Provide pharmaceutical care and counseling to patients, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and management, including ordering, stock rotation, and maintaining adequate stock levels.
Staff Supervision: Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Education Qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and active pharmacist license.
X years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail pharmacy setting, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
