Job Description

1. Greeting and directing patients to examination rooms.
2. Scheduling patient appointments and making reminder calls.
3. Informing patients about delays and waiting times.
4. Obtaining patients’ addresses, contact details, insurance information, and medical histories.
5. Updating and verifying patient information at every visit.
6. Assisting patients in filling out patient history forms, consent forms, and payment contract forms, when necessary.
7. Receiving and processing cash and credit card payments for medical services rendered.
