1. To provide inspirational and creative leadership to the Marketing Manager, and Marketing Co-ordinator, ensuring the teams remain focused, delegating responsibilities to maximize potential
2. Monitor and develop effectiveness of campaigns and marketing spends
3. Manage allocated project budgets
4. Uphold brand values whilst pushing boundaries and challenging the norm in an ever changing broadcasting marketing landscape
5. Able to decipher media plans and challenge responses
6. Ensuring the creative briefs are as brilliant, informative, relevant and insightful as possible to ensure we deliver the highest standard of marketing campaigns creative output
