Job Description: The Patient Relations Manager is crucial in managing and enhancing the relationship between patients and the healthcare facility. This role involves addressing patient concerns, managing complaints, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The manager acts as a bridge between patients and healthcare providers, advocating for patient needs and working to resolve issues that affect patient satisfaction and care quality.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the patient complaint and feedback processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for effective patient relations.
Train and lead a team dedicated to patient advocacy and satisfaction.
Collaborate with healthcare staff to identify trends in patient feedback and develop strategies for improvement.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations related to patient rights and information.
Facilitate communication between patients, family members, and healthcare providers to resolve conflicts and improve care experiences.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to patient satisfaction and relations.

Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
Significant experience in patient advocacy, customer service, or related role within a healthcare setting.
Excellent understanding of patient rights, healthcare regulations, and standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.q
