Education Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a sales manager or sales representative with a track record of over-achieving quotas.
Skills: Strong business sense and industry expertise, excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
Certifications: Sales management training certifications can be beneficial.
