Job Description: The Senior Executive – Accounts plays a pivotal role in overseeing financial activities within the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of financial information. This position requires a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations to maintain fiscal responsibility and transparency.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP or relevant accounting standards.
Budget Management: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals and strategies.
Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and support audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payment collections.
Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance to support decision-making.
Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven experience (X years) in accounting or financial management roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
