Job Description: The Warehouse Staff is responsible for the accurate and efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products and raw materials. This role involves ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall warehouse operations to meet organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage pharmaceutical products and raw materials to maintain accurate stock levels.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and dispatch orders as per requirements, ensuring timely delivery.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to Good Storage Practices (GSP) and pharmaceutical regulations during storage and handling.
Quality Assurance: Check incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, ensuring all products meet quality standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, receipts, and dispatches.
Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors for timely replenishment.
Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and meets safety and hygiene standards.
Temperature Monitoring: Monitor and record storage temperatures to ensure compliance with cold chain and storage requirements.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) while handling products.
Education Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Certification in warehouse operations or logistics.
Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, is advantageous.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and moving goods.
Organizational Skills: Proficiency in maintaining orderly storage and handling of products.
Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with pharmaceutical storage regulations and GSP.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with warehouse teams and supervisors.
Time Management: Efficiently manage tasks to meet deadlines.
