Job Description: The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to executives, managers, and teams within the pharmaceutical organization. This role involves managing schedules, organizing documentation, coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient administrative operations while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organize and manage schedules for executives and teams, ensuring timely meetings and appointments.
Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain records, reports, and correspondence in compliance with regulatory standards.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
Meeting Coordination: Plan and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential records in alignment with pharmaceutical industry requirements.
Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for staff as needed.
Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for executives and teams.
Procurement: Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure efficient operations.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all administrative tasks.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth organizational operations.

Education Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Familiarity with regulatory documentation is advantageous.
