They are employed in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, community health agencies, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and mental health clinics. Social Workers collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, addressing both medical and social needs to promote overall health and well-being. Their contribution is essential in ensuring that individuals have access to the resources and support they need to lead healthier, more stable lives.
