Job Description: As the Assistant Business Development Manager for our Retail Pharmacy, you will play a key role in supporting business growth initiatives, expanding market presence, and driving revenue generation strategies under the guidance of the Business Development Manager.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition plans.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers to support business objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate business development activities, sales performance, and market trends; assist in preparing reports and recommendations for management.
Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
X years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the retail or healthcare sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
