Job Description: The Front Office Executive – Dental serves as the primary point of contact for patients visiting the dental center. This role involves managing appointments, handling inquiries, maintaining patient records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk while providing excellent customer service and adhering to Indian healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities: Patient Reception: Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the dental center, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling to optimize clinic workflow.
Inquiries: Respond to patient inquiries about services, procedures, and fees, both in-person and via phone or email.
Records Management: Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including personal details and medical history.
Billing Support: Assist in generating bills, handling payments, and coordinating with insurance providers if applicable.
Coordination: Ensure effective communication between the front desk, dental staff, and patients to minimize delays or confusion.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage supplies at the reception area, such as forms, brochures, and stationery.
Compliance: Adhere to NABH and other healthcare standards related to front office operations.
Complaint Handling: Address and resolve patient concerns or escalate them to the appropriate authority.
Reporting: Generate daily or weekly reports on appointments, payments, and patient feedback for management review.
Education Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in administration, hospitality, or healthcare management.
Experience: Prior experience in front office or customer service roles in healthcare or dental settings is advantageous.
