Equipment Management: Ensure all surgical equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and sterilized after procedures.

Key Attributes: Attention to Detail: Strong ability to pay attention to the smallest details, including maintaining a sterile environment and monitoring patients’ conditions.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and the surgical team.
Physical Stamina: Ability to remain focused and active during long procedures, which may involve standing for extended periods and handling complex instruments.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and decision-making abilities to respond to unexpected situations in the operating room.
Compassionate Care: Ability to provide compassionate care to patients, offering reassurance and comfort during potentially stressful and invasive procedures.
Teamwork: Ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring smooth operations during the surgery.
Critical Thinking: Ability to assess and monitor patients’ conditions, anticipate potential complications, and act promptly when necessary.
Physical Dexterity: Ability to handle surgical instruments with precision and maintain control of the sterile field during surgeries.

About the Role: The OT Nurse is a key member of the surgical team, ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care before, during, and after surgery.
