Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Staff Supervision: Support the supervision and management of administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Coordination: Help coordinate office activities and schedules, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Budget Assistance: Assist in preparing and managing the administrative budget, monitor expenses, and support the implementation of cost-saving measures.
Policy Implementation: Aid in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.
Facility Management: Assist in ensuring that the office environment is well-maintained, safe, and conducive to productive work. Coordinate with facility management for any necessary repairs or improvements.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between administrative staff and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Documentation: Help maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative activities. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any administrative issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Reporting: Assist in preparing and presenting regular reports on administrative activities, budget status, and staff performance to senior management.
Education Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative management or support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Certifications: Certification in Healthcare Administration or a related field is advantageous.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in office management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
