Education: Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in patient coordination or administration.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in medical software is often required.

Empathy: Ability to empathize with patients and their families, understanding their needs and concerns.
