Professional Development: Foster a culture of continuous professional development, education, and training among the nursing staff.

Educational Background: Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is typically required. A Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) or PhD in Nursing or related field is highly valued.
Licensure: Must hold a current registered nurse (RN) license.
Experience: Extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, with a proven track record of leadership roles within healthcare organizations.
