Job Description
- The Product Manager is responsible for the planning, development, and marketing of pharmaceutical products throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Performance Monitoring: Track product performance using key metrics and recommend improvements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product-related activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
- Customer Engagement: Work with the sales team to gather customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Training: Provide training and support to sales teams on product knowledge, positioning, and messaging.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle, making recommendations for improvement, extension, or discontinuation as needed.
- Budget Management: Manage product-related budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Education Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Product Management.
- Experience: Proven experience in product management, marketing, or related roles in the pharmaceutical industry.
