Job Description
- As the Finance Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring financial health, and supporting strategic decision-making through sound financial analysis and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and financial risk management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring effective collaboration and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and oversee audits.
- Evaluate and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) in a senior financial management role, with a strong track record of financial leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and standards.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office.
