The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting client retention.
This role involves overseeing the client experience, addressing concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to meet clients' needs.
The Client Relations Manager will serve as the main point of contact for clients, working to resolve issues, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and ensuring that the company delivers high-quality service that meets client expectations.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Understand client needs and business objectives, working with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and services.
Actively monitor client feedback, satisfaction, and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
Resolve client issues or complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring that solutions are aligned with company policies and client expectations.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services that benefit the client and contribute to company revenue.
Coordinate with various departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure smooth service delivery and client support.
Conduct regular client meetings, check-ins, and reviews to ensure continued satisfaction and discuss ongoing business needs.
Develop and maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and service agreements.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and stay competitive.
Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and proposals as needed, showcasing the company’s value proposition and performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service roles, with a proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and internal teams effectively.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to maintain long-term client partnerships.
Problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proactive and resourceful, with a focus on anticipating client needs and providing solutions before issues arise.
High level of customer service orientation, with a commitment to client satisfaction.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to present solutions and proposals clearly.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and business goals.
Knowledge of CRM software and client relationship management tools.
