The Clinical Psychologist is a licensed mental health professional responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
Working across various settings—such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, outpatient clinics, or private practice—the Clinical Psychologist utilizes evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support individuals, groups, and families in achieving mental wellness and improved functioning.

Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations using standardized tools and clinical interviews.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and therapeutic goals.
Deliver evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities.
Provide counseling and psychological support to individuals coping with trauma, chronic illness, disability, or life transitions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, social workers, and rehabilitation professionals.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment for patients presenting with acute mental health concerns.
Contribute to mental health education, psychoeducation programs, and support group facilitation.
Participate in clinical supervision, peer consultation, and continuous professional development activities.
Support quality improvement and, where applicable, research initiatives within the service.

Master’s or Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
Full registration and licensure with the relevant national or regional psychological association or regulatory board.
Completion of supervised clinical practice or internship in a recognized mental health setting.
Certification in specialized therapy approaches (e.g., CBT, trauma-informed care) is desirable.
