Job Description: An Admin Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of an organization. They are responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, from managing correspondence and organizing files to scheduling appointments and supporting other staff. Key Responsibilities: Document Management: Handling, organizing, and storing documents to ensure easy access and retrieval. This includes managing both electronic and paper files.

Scheduling and Planning: Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Managing calendars for senior staff and coordinating with other departments or external parties as necessary.
Office Management: Overseeing the general operation of the office, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Support Services: Providing direct support to senior executives, which may include travel arrangements, expense reports, and coordinating with other departments on behalf of executives.
Human Resources Support: Assisting with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records, depending on the size and needs of the organization.
Financial Assistance: Managing petty cash, assisting with budget preparation, and possibly handling invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks.
