Job Description: The Admin Head oversees all administrative functions within the organization, ensuring smooth operations and efficient support services. They play a critical role in maintaining a productive work environment by managing facilities, resources, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
Manage office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and maintenance.
Supervise administrative staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure efficient workflow.
Oversee budgeting and financial management related to administrative expenses.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Serve as a point of contact for administrative issues and inquiries from staff and external parties.

Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience (X years) in an administrative leadership role, with a strong understanding of office management practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software and applications.
