Job Description: The Hostel Warden in our healthcare facility plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and smooth functioning of the hostel or accommodation provided to healthcare professionals, patients, and their families. They oversee daily operations, address resident concerns, and maintain a conducive living environment.

Key Responsibilities: Facility Management: Supervise and manage the hostel facilities, including rooms, common areas, and amenities.
Security and Safety: Ensure the safety and security of residents through regular inspections, adherence to safety protocols, and coordination with security personnel.
Resident Support: Address resident queries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively, fostering a positive living experience.
Administrative Tasks: Manage hostel records, handle check-ins/check-outs, and coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
Community Engagement: Organize recreational activities, events, and initiatives to promote a sense of community and well-being among residents.

Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality management, social work, or a related field.
Prior experience in hostel or accommodation management, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of safety and security protocols.
