Job Description

The Assistant Admin Head supports the Admin Head in overseeing the administrative functions of a healthcare facility. This role involves assisting in the management of administrative staff, coordinating office activities, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting the overall administrative needs of the organization. The Assistant Admin Head plays a vital role in ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Office Support: Assist in overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring efficient and effective office management.
Staff Supervision: Support the supervision and management of administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Coordination: Help coordinate office activities and schedules, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Budget Assistance: Assist in preparing and managing the administrative budget, monitor expenses, and support the implementation of cost-saving measures.
Policy Implementation: Aid in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.
Facility Management: Assist in ensuring that the office environment is well-maintained, safe, and conducive to productive work. Coordinate with facility management for any necessary repairs or improvements.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between administrative staff and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Education Qualifications
