Job Description: As the Assistant Business Development Head for our Retail Pharmacy, you will support the Business Development Head in driving growth initiatives, expanding market presence, and executing strategic business development plans.
Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to identify market opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to achieve growth targets and increase market share.
Partnership Development: Identify potential partnerships and alliances, conduct outreach, and support negotiations to enhance service offerings and business opportunities.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition plans.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers to support business objectives.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze business development activities, sales performance, and market trends; prepare reports and recommendations for management.
Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
X years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the retail or healthcare sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
