Assistant Manager for HCG Hospital – Bangalore

Job Description

  1. Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
  2. Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
  3. Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
  4. Monitor and maintain store inventory
  5. Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
  6. Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  7. Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
  8. Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
  9. Suggest sales training programs and techniques
  10. Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
  11. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning
