Job Description: An Assistant Manager in Business Development plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of a company. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders, and contributing to the design and implementation of business strategies. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage and execute business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct detailed market analysis to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potential customer segments.
Strategy Development: Assist in developing and executing business strategies to meet company goals, including identifying new revenue streams and improving market share.
Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs.
Partnership Building: Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Sales Support: Aid the sales team in achieving targets by creating sales pitches, presentations, and other materials.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners.
Performance Analysis: Monitor performance against strategic goals and produce reports on key metrics to guide future business decisions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, research and development, and customer service to ensure aligned business strategy and execution.

Education Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in a business development role, demonstrating a track record of increasing responsibility and success in growing business.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in business intelligence tools, and CRM software.
Certifications: Certifications in sales, marketing, or project management can enhance candidacy.
