Job Description
1. Patient Satisfaction and Client Satisfaction meet organizational goals
2 . Performs laboratory procedures in a timely manner meeting defined parameters
3. Promotes the Patient First Campaign
4. Works as part of the departmental team
5. Demonstrates care for one another and respect for each persons’ unique contributions
6. Works at alternate hospital sites or, Microbiology staff must work outside the department
7. Contributes to positive departmental budget initiatives
8. Proficiency Testing (PT) is performed in the same manner as patient testing maintaining performance guidelines
