Job Description: As the Business Development Head for our Retail Pharmacy, you will be responsible for leading business growth initiatives, expanding market presence, and driving revenue generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets and enhance market penetration.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to support business objectives and enhance service offerings.
Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and sales initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate business development activities, sales performance, and market trends; adjust strategies as needed.

Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
X years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles, with specific experience in the retail or healthcare sector.
Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
