Job Description: The Centre Head is a leadership role responsible for managing the overall operations of the center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services or programs, and achieving organizational goals. This position involves strategic planning, staff management, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center’s goals, in alignment with the broader organizational objectives.
Operations Management: Oversee the center’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient management of resources, high-quality service delivery, and compliance with policies and regulations.
Staff Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of professionals. This includes recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and fostering professional development.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the center’s budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial sustainability.

Education Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, social sciences, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar setting.
