The Content Writer (Medical Writing) is responsible for creating scientifically accurate and engaging content related to pharmaceutical products, healthcare, and medical research.
This role involves preparing clinical documents, marketing materials, and educational content, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and the highest standards of medical communication.

Medical Content Creation: Write, edit, and review medical content, including scientific manuscripts, regulatory documents, and marketing materials.
Clinical Writing: Prepare clinical trial documents such as protocols, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports in collaboration with clinical teams.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all content complies with guidelines from ICH, GCP, and regulatory authorities like CDSCO, USFDA, and EMA.
Marketing Materials: Develop product brochures, presentations, and other promotional content for healthcare professionals and patients.
Educational Content: Create medical educational materials for internal training and healthcare professionals, such as white papers, case studies, and newsletters.
Literature Research: Conduct thorough research of scientific literature and data to ensure accuracy and credibility of content.
Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and regulatory departments to align content with organizational goals.
Content Optimization: Ensure content is tailored for target audiences, using appropriate language, tone, and format.
Data Presentation: Simplify complex scientific data into accessible formats for different stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Proofread and review content for grammatical, technical, and factual accuracy.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field.
Preferred: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a medical, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
Certifications: Certifications in Medical Writing (e.g., AMWA, EMWA) or related fields are advantageous.
Experience: Proven experience in medical writing or scientific communication in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.

Scientific Accuracy: Strong ability to interpret and present complex scientific information accurately.
Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
Research Proficiency: Ability to conduct thorough research using credible scientific sources.
Adaptability: Skill in creating content for diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals and patients.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards in medical communication.
