Job Description

1. Diagnose patient’s emotional and mental disorders
2. Counsel community groups and individual patients
3. Evaluate patient’s during conversations and interviews to determine the right course of testing and examination
4. Develop a treatment plan with elements such as counselling, medication, or other services
5. Referring patients to resources such as treatment facilities, psychiatrists, or community services
6. Access patient needs and develop patient strategies
7. Maintain good working relationships with government resources, support networks, and community resources
