Critical Care Doctor for Vinita Hospital – Chennai
Job Description
1. To Provide Advance life Support care to the sick and injured, and provide safe transport to a medical facility
2. Submit monthly expense reports for department purchases and staff expenses
3. Copying / Faxing / Scanning / Filing of miscellaneous items
4. Process purchase orders and capital project approval requests
4. Follow through on requests and issues in a timely manner
5. Manage contracts (Master Service Agreement, Statement of Work, Change Order and Non-Disclosure Agreements) with suppliers and Health Care Professionals
6. Work with accounts payable and vendors to ensure timely payment and resolve discrepancies
4. Interact and work cross functionally with global departments (AP, IT, Indirect Sourcing, Legal, Supply Chain, Ultimate Staffing) and within the business unit (Finance, Marketing, Operations)
