Job Description: As Delivery Executives for our Retail Pharmacy, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of medications and healthcare products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Delivery Operations: Execute delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely delivery of medications and healthcare products to customers.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, including courteous interactions and addressing customer inquiries.
Order Management: Manage and organize delivery schedules and routes effectively.
Product Handling: Handle medications and healthcare products with care to ensure safety and accuracy during transportation.
Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.
Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of delivery vehicles.
Education Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in delivery or customer service preferred.
Knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods.
