Deputy General Manager- Sales & Marketing for Wellsun Medicity Super Specialty Hospital – Lucknow

Job Description

1. Responsible for revenue and resource optimization, pricing, goal setting and annual business planning with respect to Marketing, Sales and CRM

2. Develop standard operating procedures with respect to Marketing, Sales and CRM

3. Create innovative marketing and scientifically designed marketing campaigns with optimum reach and realistic spends

4. Conduct CRM activities for enhancing the customer experience by improvising on service standards

5.  Oversee, motivate and manage sales teams across all projects while developing and coordinating efficient sales cycle and methodologies

6.  Build long term partnerships with focus on corporate, retail customers and high net worth individuals
