Job Description: The Digital Marketing Manager in a healthcare organization is tasked with developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the organization’s services and products through digital channels. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/patients. The manager oversees all aspects of digital marketing including search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.

Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including digital advertising, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, aligned with the organization’s goals.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, analyzing and reporting on their effectiveness in terms of traffic, acquisition, and conversion.
Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging, accurate, and informative content across various digital platforms to attract and engage a clearly defined audience.
SEO Optimization: Implement strategies to increase the visibility of the organization’s website in search engine results pages (SERPs), including keyword research, link building, and content optimization.
Social Media Management: Develop and manage the organization’s presence on social media platforms, creating a schedule for regular posting and engaging with the community to enhance customer relations.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, engage existing patients, and promote services or events, measuring their success and optimizing based on performance data.
Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make evidence-based decisions to improve digital marketing efforts and ROI.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on digital marketing expenditures.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Education Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital communications, or related field. A Master’s degree is beneficial.
Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within the healthcare sector, with a solid portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns.
Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media management, and analytics tools.
