Job Description: The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance the online presence of pharmaceutical products and services. This role involves working across various digital channels, leveraging analytics, creating engaging content, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations to drive customer engagement and achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like search engines, social media, and email.
SEO and SEM: Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to improve website traffic and visibility.
Content Creation: Develop and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, create posts, and engage with audiences to build brand awareness.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Analytics and Reporting: Use digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track campaign performance, generate insights, and make data-driven improvements.
Compliance: Ensure all digital marketing efforts adhere to pharmaceutical regulations, including ethical guidelines and advertising standards.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, sales, and content creators, to align digital campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Budget Optimization: Manage and allocate budgets for paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
Technology Utilization: Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline campaign workflows and customer engagement.

Education Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
Preferred: Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, or Analytics (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint).
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
