Key Responsibilities: Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing strong professional relationships with doctors, both within and outside the healthcare facility.
Feedback Management: Gathering feedback from doctors regarding their needs, concerns, and suggestions for improvements in hospital operations or patient care, and advocating for these changes with hospital management.

Key Attributes: Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with medical professionals.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to serve as a liaison effectively.
Problem-Solving Ability: Aptitude for identifying problems and finding creative solutions that satisfy both doctors and the healthcare facility.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Empathy and Understanding: Sensitivity to the challenges and pressures that medical professionals face.
Negotiation Skills: Skill in negotiating and mediating conflicts, with a focus on finding mutually beneficial solutions.
