Licensure: Must have a valid medical license to practice in their state.

Clinical Expertise: Deep understanding and expertise in their medical specialty, with the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a medical team, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
