Job Description: The Nursing Incharge is responsible for managing nursing operations within a healthcare facility or specific department. This role encompasses supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care services, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and patient safety standards. Valid nursing license.
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a healthcare setting.
Strong clinical skills with a solid foundation in patient care and nursing practices.
Proficiency in healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR).
