Job Description: As the Finance Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring financial health, and supporting strategic decision-making through sound financial analysis and management.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.
Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and financial risk management.
Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring effective collaboration and professional development.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and oversee audits.
Evaluate and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience (X years) in a senior financial management role, with a strong track record of financial leadership.
In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and standards.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office.
