The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial operations of the pharmaceutical organization, including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.
This role supports decision-making processes by providing financial insights and strategies to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Cost Management: Monitor and control costs, implementing measures to optimize financial performance.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Financial Analysis: Provide insights into financial performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow planning, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations and investments.
Audit Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial records.
ERP and Systems Management: Utilize financial management systems to streamline operations and reporting.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA) in Finance or Accounting.
Certifications: Professional certifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are advantageous.
Experience: Proven experience in financial management roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Leadership: Capability to manage and motivate finance teams effectively.
