Job Description

1. Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions
2. Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
3. Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems
4. Design company policies and procedures
5. Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
6. Prepare budgets by department
7. Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
8. Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys)
9. Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
