Job Description
Human Resources (HR) Managers in healthcare settings play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. HR Managers work closely with department heads and senior management to address HR issues and support the organization’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, ensuring the organization attracts and hires the best candidates.
