Job Description: The Legal Manager holds a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all legal affairs within the organization. This position requires expertise in legal compliance, risk management, contract negotiations, and strategic legal counsel to support the organization’s operations.
Key Responsibilities: Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies across all business activities.
Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

Education Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
