Job Description: The Manager on Duty (MOD) acts as the operational leader within a facility during their assigned shift, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This role is pivotal in maintaining the standards of service, managing staff performance, and handling any immediate issues that arise during their shift. The MOD often acts as the senior representative in the absence of higher management.

Key Responsibilities: Operations Oversight: Monitor all operational areas including customer service, housekeeping, and security to ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard.
Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for any incidents or complaints, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Staff Management: Supervise staff across different departments, provide immediate feedback and support, and ensure staffing levels are maintained to meet business needs.
Policy Enforcement: Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed by staff during the shift.
Safety and Security: Monitor and manage all safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Reporting: Complete various administrative duties including the preparation of reports on shift activities and significant incidents.
Customer Service: Provide high-level customer service, intervening in complex situations, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Education Qualifications: Educational Background: Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience: Several years of experience in a management role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or related field.
Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, proficiency in managing staff, and handling customer service issues.
