Team Management: Lead, recruit, and mentor a diverse team of specialists, nurses, and support staff within the department.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve the quality of care provided by the department, setting high standards for patient care and safety.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all departmental practices comply with national health regulations and medical laws.
Budget Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the department, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Education Qualifications: Medical degree with a specialization in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with additional certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Extensive clinical experience in reproductive medicine, with proven leadership in managing a high-volume reproductive health clinic.
A strong track record in clinical research with publications in reputed medical journals.
Experience in budget management and resource allocation in a healthcare setting.
